Ingredients:
2 slices sourdough bread
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 slices ham, or more to taste
2 slices Monterey Jack Cheese
1 slice firm-ripe tomato
1 thin slice onion
3 tbsp Big Daddy’s Green Apple Salsa
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Place the brie on a sheet pan covered with parchment paper. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes, or until it starts to ooze but not melt.
Step 3: Pour tub of Big Daddy’s Green Apple Salsa on top of brie cheese
Step 4: Serve with crackers
